 STAGING TO SELL   

Consultation (1 hour minimum):    A walk-through of the home with the seller to objectively point out the changes that could garner a faster, more profitable sale.  Perfect for those who are contemplating selling their home in the near future and want to get a head start, or for those sellers who don’t even know where to begin with the process of preparing their home to go on the market.   

Hands-On Staging (3 hour minimum):  Using our expertise and the seller’s existing furnishings, First Impressions will endeavor to make the home as aesthetically pleasing and emotionally engaging as possible in the allotted time.  The right choice for those sellers who have already gone through the de-cluttering and cleaning processes, and just need a little “eye for design” assistance.     

Flip, not flop (1 hour minimum):  For those who have recently acquired or purchased a property with intentions of “flipping” it, but just need some guidance as to which aesthetic improvements yield the greatest amount of return on investment.   

Vacant Property Staging:  For homes that are devoid of any furnishings, First Impressions utilizes an upscale furniture rental company and handpicks precisely the right furniture and accessories to enhance the desirable features of the property.   

Model Home/Spec Home Staging:  First Impressions coordinates the entire process of transforming a house into a warm and inviting home by renting and/or purchasing furnishings and accessories (on behalf of the seller) that are reflective of the style, price, and target market of the property.     

STAGING TO STAY  

Consultation (1 hr minimum):  Perfect for do-it-yourself homeowners who would like a fresher, more up-to-date look for their homes, but just aren’t sure how to achieve the desired results.      

Hands-on Staging (3 hr minimum):  For homeowners who want a fresher, more up-to-date look in their homes, but don’t have the time, talent, or inclination to take it upon themselves.     

Yours, Mine, and Ours (3 hr minimum):  For blended families who are faced with the challenge of turning two houses worth of furnishings into one new home.     

Re-design:  For homeowners who would like to totally transform their space(s), First Impressions adheres to the basic interior design principles of function, mood, and harmony to create beautiful rooms that are a reflection of the homeowners’ tastes.
